Roxy was born in the water (initially as a swimwear line in 1990) and now it’s a full women’s lifestyle brand with fashionable sportswear, accessories, denim, winter outerwear and snow gear – offering products for every aspect of the active girl’s life! So it was only natural to share some of Roxy’s rich surf heritage with some eager-to-learn fashionistas this summer.

Last weekend, Roxy hosted a surf camp weekend in Montauk, NY for some editors from the U.S. and Canada. Highlights included mimosas in a white stretch limo, a luau-themed dinner and bonfire at the Montauk Yacht Club, surf lessons taught by our friends at Air & Speed, lobster rolls at Duryea’s, a performance by it-girl band The Like at Surf Lodge and of course, our random Nicky Lachey/Vanessa Minillo and Ryan Kwanten (True Blood) sightings!


Roxy’s legendary pro surfer Catherine Bruhwiler (all the way from Tofino, British Columbia, Canada) and Roxy’s champion pro skier Sarah Burke also joined us for some East Coast longboarding and saltwater sunshine.
