The platform for Twitter is something we’ve all seen turn into a monster corporate tool, full of press releases and cold blooded business updates. Of course I realize we’re just as guilty on the Starworks Twitter dropping little nuggets of fabulous information from our clients. How can we not? We have so much going on! It’s a victimless crime really.
Lately, I find myself fascinated by those other Twitter souls floating in the ether. I mean people like “Justin” whose Twitter feed is called Shit My Dad says. His short-and-to-the-point bio reads…. “I live with my 74-year-old dad. He is awesome. I just write down shit that he says”.
Then there’s other members like Rafael Rozendaal who’s Twitter is called New Rafael. If you can believe this, Rafael’s bio is shorter than Justin’s with a record 6 words — “Everything I eat, I will Twitter”.
It’s kinda refreshing to bump into these pages with no agenda other than seeing someone “work it out”. Here’s to all the random precious Twitter-heads, with their cute neurosis and laptops — go ahead and open those accounts for no other reason than satisfying your little OCD ticks. Someone out there is enjoying your therapy.
