(Penthouse View at Cooper Hotel, downtown NYC)
Two nights ago, a ton of great New Yorkers got together to celebrate Happy Masse (art director extraordinaire) and his big 5-0 birthday. Several notable LA’ers flew in for the special night hosted in the penthouse suite of the new Cooper hotel. The list of names is way too long to list but suffice it to say, it was a hearty bunch of creative spirits — from film to art to music to fashion.

DJ Frankie Inglese spun the eclectic set. For those who don’t know the social history, Frankie was the founder/DJ of legendary NY parties such as “Soul Kitchen” and “Beaver”. Everyone sends Happy a big birthday hug… and a grateful thanks for all the memories throughout the years, as well as tossing everyone in the same room on Tuesday night. Nothing like fine reminiscing!
